Schneider Electric Customer Care app helps 24/7

August 24, 2015 – Schneider Electric has launched an app that puts 24/7 support at customers’ fingertips. The Customer Care app gives customers access to expert support with online self-service features and in-depth information available at all times. On top of that, the app makes it easier than ever to contact a Schneider Electric representative, the company says.
Customers can use the app to access FAQs and technical documentation for products via a quick search function or by scanning a QR code. Customers can also find technical courses and register products using the app. MySE registered customers in selected countries can find pricing and availability information as well as track orders.
The Customer Care app is free and designed for iOSTM and AndroidTM devices and available in 11 languages. Schneider Electric said there are plans to include other languages and functionalities in the future.
