October 21, 2014 – Schneider Electric Solar Business describes its new PV skid as an optimized power conversion system designed for North American photovoltaic (PV) power plants.

Based on the Conext Core XC-NA UL 1741 1000VDC inverter platform, the plug-and-play system is available in configurations from 1MW to 2MW AC with several optional features, including: extended temperature range from -35C to 55C, load centre for tracker systems, and a canopy for sun protection. The inclusion of a maintenance corridor allows for easy access to the inverters during periodic servicing, says Schneider.
