The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) is calling for nominations for the 2010 Young Canadian Engineering Professional of the Year Award. It recognizes a professional in Canada who is making his mark on the industry. Nominees must be a Canadian resident, an SCTE member, and under the age of 35 as of Dec. 31, 2009.

The award will be presented during the 2010 SCTE Canadian Summit’s event luncheon on Tuesday, March 9.

The deadline for nominations is Monday, Jan. 11, 2010. Individuals
interested in submitting a nomination may do so by visiting the
company’s website (www.scte.org), selecting Member Services, and then selecting Awards.
