February 5, 2021 – Shat-R-Shield Inc. announced the retirement of Pam Erickson, vice president of Sales & Marketing, effective March 31, 2021.

Her career in the electrical industry began in May 2006 at Milbank Manufacturing as director of Marketing. Then, in November 2010, she joined Affiliated Distributors (AD) as vice-president of Marketing. From there, she joined NSi Industries then, in 2017, accepted the position of vice-president of Sales & Marketing with Shat-R-Shield.

Meantime, Kevin Ruzicka has been promoted to director of Sales. He started in the electrical industry in 2012, and has held positions with Fishco Group, Holophane and Holt Electrical Supplies. He was hired by Shat-R-Shield as the North Central regional sales manager in May 2018.
