July 3, 2014 | By Anthony Capkun

July 3, 2014 – ABB has signed a five-year agreement with Shell to become its global, single-source supplier of low-voltage switchgear, motor control centres (MCCs) and related services.

The agreement—with the option for an extension—covers the sales, support and service of LV switchgear and MCCs across both IEC and NEMA geographies (International Electrotechnical Commission and National Electrical Manufacturers Association), for both greenfield and brownfield sites.
