October 20, 2015 – Marcus Rozycki has joined Sonepar Canada as the new talent acquisition manager. He reports directly to Alison Growse, vice-president of human resources.

As a talent acquisition manager, he supports operating company leaders in their pursuit of senior level management, Sonepar said. Positions that they find “particularly difficult” to fill are lead directly by Rozycki.

As Sonepar Canada enhances their succession plan, it is “imperative to invest in strong talent who can progress into more senior roles”, the company explained. Rozycki is tasked with creating a strategy for attracting top talent.

A member of the Sonepar Group, Sonepar Canada is a privately-held electrical products’ distributor and a supplier of safety, facilities maintenance and MRO products and services. The company said it employs over 1900 Canadians out of 105 facilities across the country.
