March 23, 2021 – ABB has named Source Atlantic as a new distribution partner for its electrification products in the Canadian market.

According to ABB, the two companies have already built “a cohesive working relationship” through various collaborations, including an ABB T&B cable tray project in a Western Canadian food plant, as well as projects in oil & gas, shipbuilding, and other food plants.

“This is a big breakthrough in our effort to provide customers with a flexible and comprehensive electrical distribution, control, and power solutions product portfolio […],” said Scott Major, electrical sales manager, Source Atlantic.

Through the channel partnership, ABB aims to simplify customer access to its range of electrical distribution, control, and power solutions products. New products will also be made available, including electric vehicle chargers, energy storage systems, intelligent switchgear, and capacitor banks.
