Southwire Canada appoints Janny Hogen Esch CX manager

April 4, 2019 – Wire and cable supplier Southwire Canada recently hired Janny Hogen Esch as customer experience (CX) manager.

Esch has experience in customer engagement, operational performance optimization and employee relations. She joins Southwire from Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), where she served as customer services manager for lighting and Internet of Things (IoT) applications.

In her new role, Esch is responsible for driving process improvements, systems development and further customer engagement strategies.

Southwire has also hired Sean Large as industrial sales representative for Western Canada. Based in Calgary, he previously worked for Siemens, General Electric (GE) and Prysmian Power Cables.
