September 29, 2017 | By Anthony Capkun

September 28, 2017 – Southwire Canada has announced “changes to improve your customer experience” with the company, which involves “multiple process and organization changes” to the team to drive these improvements.

First, the company is improving its customer relations with the addition of Maureen Russolo as vice-president, Customer Experience. Maureen has more than 20 years of experience in this field, says Southwire.

Second, Southwire says it is unifying its sales organization to better aligned with its customers’ needs. Joining the team as vice-president, Sales, is Jim Rotz, formerly president, Jarden Branded Canada (division of Newell Brands), which you will know as First Alert and BRK.

Jim’s leadership team includes: Rene Roy, VP, PSS Sales; Patricia Quiroga, VP, Distribution Sales; Lee Hooper, VP, Retail Sales; Sion Rainham, director of Wholesale, Tools & Assembled Products.
