June 19, 2013 – Highfield Manufacturing Company, a producer of security systems, has introduced the Speedy Global Mount, a universal locking device suitable for both side- and bottom-mount installations on various electric meter enclosures. The Speedy Global Mount offers electric utilities a one-lock solution, claiming to eliminate the need for separate locks for each type of installation. The Speedy Global Mount is made of case-hardened carbon steel for added durability and is plated for corrosion resistance.
