September 25, 2013 – Ergodyne has “refreshed” its ProFlex gel knee pad series, and added two new models to boot: the 344 broad cap injected with articulating straps and the 349 broad cap lightweight.
“Workers who ‘stand’ on their knees all day will no doubt dig the benefits of our sturdier, more supportive designs,” said Andy Olson, senior product manager. Half of the models feature 100% injected gel fused with high-density PU foam for a comfortable, durable kneeling experience; the other half combine the lightweight gel option with EVA foam, delivering mobility and comfort. Improvements are focused specifically on the knee pad caps and straps, says Ergodyne; short cap models utilize a more rounded cap shape, employing the patented suspension design, and most models feature updated strap configurations.
