Standard Products has announced that the merger between Standard Products and Stanpro Lighting Systems is officially complete. The two companies are now connected and operating under the name Stanpro to become one of the biggest lighting companies in Canada.

The company offers a wide variety of lighting solutions, ranging from indoor to outdoor lighting, emergency lighting and lamps & ballasts.

Stanpro also announced that they have launched a new website, www.standardpro.com.

When the company initially announced its plans to merge the two businesses, it said, “strategically, the merger will allow the two companies to utilize each other’s strengths and synergies. This will allow the combined entity to increase its value proposition and to invest and grow at an accelerated pace.”
