April 30, 2013 | By Anthony Capkun

April 29, 2013 – Stanley introduced a new bi-material hacksaw, Model STHT20140, with a soft-grip handle and a holding location on the front end that provides leverage while cutting. It features 4 3/4-in. cutting depth, 12-in. fixed blade length, 300-lb blade tension, 45º and 90º adjustable blade angles allowing for flush cuts, and blade storage (up to eight). The blade can also be attached to the front end of the hacksaw for hard-to-reach places. A large tension knob promises a quick and easy blade change. The hacksaw is expected to retail for $19.99.
