December 28, 2011 – Sungrow Canada and Sustainable Energy Technologies have introduced their new Sungrow-Sunergy hybrid PV inverter geared towards the commercial rooftop market, which claims to address any rooftop size larger than 100kW and offer significant performance and design advantages over other central PV inverters. According to the companies, these advantages include the ability to easily match AC nameplate rating to any array size and shade tolerant solutions to maximize utilization of available rooftop space. The Ontario Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) Compliant inverter debuted at CanSIA’s Solar Canada 2011 in Toronto, Ont., earlier this month, which EBMag attended.
