TE’s Flex Grip wire connectors enable “fast, flexible and easy wire termination”

August 3, 2018 — TE Connectivity recently launched Flex Grip wire connectors for “fast, flexible and easy wire termination.”

The connectors accommodate solid and stranded wires between 24 and 14 AWG (0.2-4.00 mm2) and feature an operating lever that allows releasable and reworkable wire termination. Featuring transparent housings, users can visually confirm the proper wire strip length and insertion for electrical installation. With a built-in test slot, installers can also conduct the electrical test while keeping the wires terminated.

The connectors conform to the UL 486C safety standard for splicing wire connectors and have a 16A current rating and 600V AC/DC voltage rating.
