October 1, 2018 – Effective today, Thomas & Betts (T&B), which designs and manufactures electrical connectors and components, has been rebranded as ABB Installation Products.

The company will continue to market Thomas & Betts product brands in Canada, including Steel City, Iberville, Star Teck, Color-Keyed and Ty-Rap. The realignment reflects ABB’s ownership of Thomas & Betts over the past six years and is part of the parent company’s ‘next level’ strategy, along with 19 other rebrandings around the globe.
