TLL-500A triple line lifter supports three phases of energized conductors

May 31, 2019 – LineWise, a utility-focused division of Diversified Products, has introduced the TLL-500A triple line lifter for supporting three phases of energized conductors, between 34.5 and 72.5 kV, in subtransmission applications.

The TLL-500A’s main components are designed for assembly at the jobsite. A steel mast, which can swivel up to 15 degrees left or right, pins to digger derrick adapters. A heavy-duty steel cross arm features wear pads for durability. Aluminum extension arms allow polymer insulators to be adjusted in 3-in. increments.

Configured horizontally or vertically, the TLL-500A supports a maximum load of 500 lb per position and maximum side load of 200 lb per position. It comes in a skid container that allows forklift loading and fits into standard full-size pickup beds.
