April 24, 2015 – Jesco Lighting says it now offers flexible lighting strips with the ability to select specific white colour temperatures using a radio frequency remote or a DMX controller.

Jesco’s LED DL-Flex-CTA is a 24V system that enables temperatures to be tuned from 2400K to 7000K. This setting is applicable to restaurants, for example, using a warm temperature for romantic settings and cooler temperatures for banquet/corporate events, and also jewelry stores selecting warmer temperatures for case showcasing gold and cooler temperature for cases showcasing diamonds/silver/platinum jewelry.

The onboard IC chips provide stable current, Jesco noted, and the LED driver technology “ensures consistent illumination levels.”

The strips are available in 4 or 12-in. lengths and plug together for longer runs up to 20 ft. It can be cut every four inches. The strip mounts with 3M double sided tape or using Jesco connector accessories.

According to Jesco, DL-Flex-CTA provides 50,000 hours of operation and comes with a 5-year warranty. It is UL, cUL dry-location listed.
