April 12, 2013 – UL is warning the public about a fluorescent luminaire manufactured in March 2008 bearing a counterfeit UL Mark for Canada and the United States.

The luminaire has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standards for safety, and it is unknown whether it complies with the UL safety requirements for the two countries.
