WARNING: Counterfeit Intertek ATM for flat-plate PV Yangtze modules

June 20, 2017 – Intertek is warning the market that its Authorization to Mark (ATM) for flat-plate photovoltaic modules (Ref. SH11031298-001) dated August 16, 2011, is invalid and, in fact, has been determined to be counterfeit.
This product has not been evaluated by Intertek, and it is unknown whether it complies with applicable regulatory requirements.
