December 11, 2017 — UL has identified an unauthorized UL Mark on FSL LED lamps.

These lamps have not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standards for safety and it is unknown if these FSL LED lamps comply with any safety requirements.

The products are marked with an unauthorized UL Mark and the following:

3W 6500K
120V 60Hz
ROHS

The lamps are manufactured by Foshan Electrical & Lighting Co. Ltd. They are known to be distributed and sold by Surtimax Panama S.A., among others.

We are uncertain whether any of these products made it into Canada.
