November 1, 2012 – Acuity Brands’ Canvis OLED luminaire collection marketed by Winona Lighting and Easyl show controller were honoured with Innovation Awards from IIDEX Canada 2012—the Canvis collection was awarded Silver in the innovative lighting category, and the Easyl show controller for RGB luminaires won Bronze in the lighting controls category.

Established in 1984, the IIDEX Canada Innovation Awards “celebrate the latest and most innovative product designs and booth creativity”, and are presented exclusively to IIDEX Canada exhibitors.

The Canvis collection is a series of OLED luminaries featuring the Twist, Drape, Screen and Pose. The Easyl DMX512 controller offers an LCD touchscreen and allows for control of 512 channels of colour-changing luminaries, while providing design, edit, store and recall functions for a maximum of 12 shows.
