This past March, experts from three leaders in the smart building space—Black & McDonald, EllisDon and Modern Niagara—joined David Kennedy, editor of On-Site magazine, to discuss the ways smart buildings are forcing jobsites to evolve, and share some of the steps GCs and subs need to take to ensure they aren’t left behind.

And speaking of smart building, Fall 2020 marked the substantial completion of the new Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital just north of Toronto.
