December 16, 2012 – BC Hydro says that it and IBEW 258 have reached a tentative memorandum of settlement for a new two-year collective agreement.

IBEW 258 represents about 2000 workers in electrical and related utility trades at BC Hydro. IBEW’s collective agreement with BC Hydro expired at the end of March. The union will now put the new tentative agreement to its membership for a vote. Both parties are recommending ratification.
