Burndy expands colour, design of Unirap mounting bases for 2015

December 15, 2015 – Burndy has expanded its Unirap nylon mounting bases, wire management mounting products for routing and securing wires and cables in place. They are now available in two colours and with multiple mounting methods: acrylic or rubber adhesive, screw mounting, or a combination

The products are square and have one, two or four screw holes for mounting, depending on the design. Acrylic adhesive is recommended for applications requiring more adhesive strength and in high temperature environments. Additionally, acrylic adhesive bases are more durable and suitable for mounting on plastics and metals producing a secure bond between oily and contaminated surfaces, Burndy notes. All the mounting bases are available in natural or UV black colours.
