CSA Z462 4th edition OPEN to public review

May 2, 2017 – The draft edition of the next CSA Z462 “Workplace electrical safety” is available for public review.

Z462 specifies requirements for workplace electrical safety necessary for the practical safeguarding of workers during activities such as the installation, removal, inspection, operation, maintenance and demolition of electric conductors and electric equipment, as well as work in proximity to energized electrical equipment.

The committee will gather all relevant comments, order them by subject, and make them available for consideration to all committee members.

The review end date is June 7, 2017.
