With the pandemic behind us, Ontario Sustainable Energy Association’s signature annual event—Green Energy Doors Open (GEDO)—returns this fall.

“We are excited about the prospect of welcoming our members and community to live, in-person events […]” say organizers.

GEDO opens with a symposium on October 30, 2023, at Centennial College (Progress Campus). Speaker and topic suggestions are invited from OSEA members.

“Come to network, socialize and be educated about some of the key issues and opportunities for our sector.”

The “doors open” aspect of Green Energy Doors Open occurs the following day, October 31, 2023, from 10 am to 5 pm.

“We are seeking academic institutions, government buildings, consultant offices, manufacturing plants, office buildings, retail facilities,” say organizers. OSEA members can register to participate, “and finally have the opportunity to show off your sustainable energy facility”.

OSEA also says it is planning its next Cleantech Awards competition, with a focus on net-zero and decarbonization technologies.
