Toronto (online)

The 2030 Emission Reduction Plan issued by the Government of Canada earlier this year outlines an ambitious goal of reducing carbon emissions across the country by 40% (from 2005 levels) by 2030.

The Plan introduces the Canada Green Buildings Strategy, an initiative that will include new policy, programs, incentives, and standards.

Join us for Part II of our Road to 2030 webinar series, featuring these esteemed panelists:

• Ruth Talbot, senior director, Greener Homes Division, NRCan
• Steve Cornelius, business development representative, Mitsubishi Electric Sales Canada
• Martin Luymes, vice-president, Government & Stakeholder Relations, HRAI
• Jesse Fleming, director general, Programs Directorate, Climate Change Branch, Environment and Climate Change Canada

Our panel will discuss how existing incentive programs like the Greener Homes Grant and Loan initiatives are driving the movement toward decarbonization/electrification for homeowners.

We will also hear how larger commercial projects are being helped along by incentives from utilities and different levels of government.

Finally, you’ll learn how contractors can encourage participation and benefit from these programs.

Join us September 8, 2022, at 11 am ET, and engage with our panel.
