Skilled Trades Ontario is hosting its second annual industry summit on November 6, 2024, at the Toronto Congress Centre.

With the theme “Inspiring a skilled workforce”, the one-day summit will focus on the importance of apprenticeship training in shaping the future of Ontario. It will bring together industry leaders, educators, and apprentices to discuss best practices, share ideas, and explore new opportunities for supporting and expanding apprenticeship in Ontario.

New for 2024! STO’s inaugural Industry Awards, honouring those in the apprenticeship system who go above and beyond. The Call for Nominations is now open.

An agency of the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, Skilled Trades Ontario is responsible for apprenticeship and skilled trades certification in the province.
