Flir Systems announced the release of its new i3 thermal imaging camera, which will retail for US$1,195–making it the most affordable high-quality infrared camera, says the company. The camera offers infrared image quality with 2% thermal accuracy, <0.15°C thermal sensitivity, a 2.8-in. colour display, 60×60 pixel resolution, adjustable emissivity, and storage for up to 5000 images. It is now available for immediate shipment through authorized Flir distributors.
