November 26, 2013 – Honeywell Safety Products has released its North brand GX-8 series of safety eyewear, a semi-frameless style featuring nickel-free, brushed steel frames and 8-base wraparound lenses promising optimum coverage and protection.

Available in five lens tints and optional Fog-Ban coating, the GX-8 offers spring-hinge temples, an adjustable padded nosepiece and non-slip temples and lens tint options of clear, amber, TSR grey, silver mirror and indoor/outdoor silver mirror. GX-8 eyewear claims 99.9% ultraviolet protection and is certified to ANSI Z87.1-2010 and CSA Z94.3 standards.
