Lutron adds Vive Integral Fixture Control to its Vive IoT platform
July 17, 2018 By Ellen Cools

July 17, 2018 — Lutron Electronics’ Vive Integral Fixture Control, a wireless lighting control solution, turns fixtures into wireless, smart fixtures.
The product can be used on its own or within the Lutron Vive wireless lighting control system, a solution that the company says enables energy savings for new and existing commercial buildings. Ideal for commercial or government offices and educational facilities, the fixture control technology also works with any Lutron EcoSystem LED driver or third-party DALI drivers.
Designed to work with a range of luminaire manufacturers, it comes in RF-only and sensor-enabled versions. The controller also features fixture-level occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting capabilities, in addition to wireless communication. It is integrated directly into a luminaire and sent to the jobsite, pre-installed from the factory. After installation, the solution leverages Lutron’s Clear Connect wireless technology.
