August 27, 2012 – EBMag’s associate editor Alyssa Dalton was there as Milwaukee Electric Tool debuted its Max-Lok Carbide Extension System at a special media preview earlier this year. The system is designed to extend and increase the versatility of SDS-MAX rotary hammer bits, while permitting SDS-MAX bits to drill deeper and in tight spaces by extending them up to 82”. The Max-Lok extensions range in length from 12.5” to 82.5”, and is suitable for drilling through holes over 1-1/4”.
