MonoSystems, Inc. – a manufacturer of cable trays, raceways, aluminum, steel and PVC wire management – released the H-433-S J-Hook. According to the release, it is “the world’s only J-Hook with the capability of infinitely linking together without the need for any additional hardware, brackets, or [other] items.” The hook can be tiered by using the center hanger plate to segregate Fire, Alarm, and Video services. It’s a 4” by 3” spring steel hook with a 2” wide cable-bearing surface that will support a static load of 100 pounds. Its can accommodate up to 150 4-pair UTP Cat. 5e cables and is fully plenum rated to meet all NEC and EIA/TIA requirements for structured cabling systems, explains the release.
