November 4, 2011 – Milwaukee has introduced the M12 rotary tool as part of its M12 Lithium-Ion system, which it says provides a compact and portable cut-off solution for the professional by offering an exclusive integration of high-performance motor design, optimized electronics and RedLithium battery technology. According to Milwaukee, the tool features a powerful motor, grinder-style exhaust ports, and a unique design to protect the front bearing from contaminants like drywall dust. Specifications include a variable speed of 5,000-32,000 RPMs and a collet compatible with all 1/32”-1/8” shank accessories.
