January 3, 2024 | By Anthony Capkun

January 3, 2024 – nVent Electric plc announced it is moving into a new distribution centre in Dayton, Minn. Meantime, the current distribution centre in Anoka will be used to expand the manufacturing of liquid cooling products for data centres.

“With the increasing demand for our liquid cooling solutions, we are excited to expand our manufacturing and distribution footprint to serve our customers,” said Joe Ruzynski, president, nVent Enclosures.

The acceleration of artificial intelligence, greater data consumption, rising heat densities, and growth in edge computing are driving demand for its data centre solutions, says the company.

nVent is a provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. Its brands include Caddy, Erico, Hoffman, Raychem, Schroff, and Tracer.
