October 24, 2017 – Susan Uthayakumar will become Schneider Electric Canada’s new president effective January 1, 2018.

A 13-year veteran of Schneider Electric, Susan most recently served as vice-president, National Sales, Canada, where she was responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for the company’s electrical distribution and industrial automation products and solutions.

Previous roles with the company included vice-president, Partner Business, Canada; CFO, Canada; vice-president controller, North America; and director, mergers & acquisitions, North America.

Susan holds multiple degrees in finance from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

She succeeds Juan Macias, who will go on to lead Schneider Electric’s Prosumer in the New World of Energy initiative across the company. Susan reports to Annette Clayton, CEO & president, North America, and chief supply chain officer.
