WAC launches The Hunt promotion

WAC Lighting launched a promotion for lighting distributors and other trade associates in which they can “increase sales and education efforts on responsible lighting” while hunting for clues to receive special deals and gift cards. “The Hunt” promotion features a scavenger hunt and final program as WAC celebrates its 25th anniversary.

“The Hunt” will enable lighting professionals to search for various WAC
items, test their knowledge of the company and introduce them to the
latest company products. Participating distributors will maintain The
Hunt lists and keep copies of sales receipts for various items to build
points, which can be redeemed for gift cards throughout the promotional
period (runs through 31 January 2010).

The scavenger hunt includes some must-have qualification items, such
as: copies of sales receipts for products such as CFL or LED fixtures
purchased between 15 November 2009 and 31 January 2010; digital photos
of WAC products installed on a jobsite, etc. WAC distributors must sign
up to participate by 15 November 2009 and purchase The Hunt stock
