Westell Technologies acquires Kentrox

April 5, 2013 – Westell Technologies, a provider of telecommunications equipment for wireline, wireless and home networks, has acquired Kentrox, a player in intelligent site management solutions. The transaction closed on April 1, 2013.

Kentrox has outstanding customers and solutions that complement Westell’s.”

Kentrox offers a range of monitoring, management and control equipment for remote sites, such as cell sites and towers. Its solutions aim to help network operators and service providers reduce costs while improving network performance and security.
