AD announces Bearings & Power Transmission charter members

March 18, 2015 – Affiliated Distributors (AD)—the $31-billion contractor and industrial products wholesale buying/marketing group—announced the first wave of charter members in its newly formed Bearings & Power Transmission (PT) Division.

“AD’s value proposition is unique in this space, and we are encouraged by the positive response we, and our sister company supplyFORCE, are receiving from market-leading independent bearing and PT distributors,” said Jack Templin, president of AD’s Industrial Supply Division.

Currently only in the U.S., the annual sales of AD’s 27 charter PT members exceeds $2.4 billion through 378 branch locations.

Of the 27 charter members, 18 are new to the AD community, while 9 of the charter members are taking advantage of AD’s multiple division strategy that allows them to access business growth opportunities across multiple divisions and markets.
