August 19, 2011 – Beacon Products, a division of Hubbell lighting, has introduced Cruzer LED outdoor site pole-mount lighting, which it says can replace up to 400-watt metal halide or high-pressure sodium lights in the same applications, and employs a choice of wattages up to 145 watts. A unique light arm facilitates pole mounting in up to five different configurations, up to four lightheads, providing a unified approach to all outdoor site lighting, says Beacon Products. LEDs are available in a choice of 24 or 36 in diamond-shaped patterns, or 60 LEDs in a square, all on metal-clad circuit boards with either of four LED light engines.
