September 4, 2018 – Manufacturer and distributor Sommers Generator Systems is relocating its regional headquarters (HQ) for Atlantic Canada to larger premises within Dieppe, N.B.

Sommers, whose national HQ are in Tavistock, Ont., established its Atlantic Canadian offices and warehouse to the Moncton/Dieppe region in 2012. The new expansion will move these facilities to 551 Ferdinand Blvd. in Dieppe.

“The larger space will alow us to expand our inventory of rental systems and give customers immediate access to generators, transfer switches and parts,” says Chris McGregor, president. “The extra space also allows us to increase our mobile load bank capacity and do more in-house repairs.”

Sommers specializes solely in electrical power generators for residential, commercial and industrial applications, including standby, power takeoff (PTO) and off-grid systems.
