Cooper Power Systems’ Form 4D is the first in a platform of fully integrated recloser controls representing, says the company, its latest effort to support the electric grid with products that “enhance ease-of-use, simplicity and future upgradeability”. A plug-in control for Cooper reclosers, the Form 4D control is a solution for new reclosers and a replacement for legacy controls on currently installed reclosers. Plug-n-play parts incorporated into the Form 4D control facilitate installation, service and replacement. These design elements were incorporated to ensure future upgradeability as application needs change.
