March 5, 2024 – Want to learn the basic principles of electrical estimating on a digital estimating software platform? Then join Suderman Estimating Systems for a hands-on, 2-day course at City Electric Supply’s fulfilment centre in Vaughan, Ont., April 11-12, 2024.

Led by industry experts, this course combines mastering estimating fundamentals with becoming familiar with a digital estimating workflow. Whether you are starting out or looking to enhance your estimating skills, this course will provide concrete methodologies for bidding work predictably and profitably.

The course will cover the core tenets of electrical estimating in digital software. Attendees will be provided with a trial licence of PataBid Quantify software for completing their learning exercises, but they must bring their own laptops.

• Labour manual and use
• Detailed takeoff

• Labour unit and extension
• Summarizing: material pricing, labour cost/development, non-productive labour, job expenses, markup and profit, job closing, sales techniques

The course fee is $1100. Lunch will be provided both days.
