Doble Engineering acquires Enoserv
January 29, 2015 | By Renée Francoeur
January 29, 2015 – Doble Engineering has acquired agnostic software provider Enoserv, the company announced recently.
The Enoserv division of Doble and the existing business of Doble will maintain their respective core offerings and Enoserv’s vendor agnostic nature will remain intact, according to Doble.
Doble’s products will expand to new users as Enoserv’s solutions, including its RTS and PowerBase software, complement Doble’s existing suite of protection software and hardware solutions, including Protection Suite and the F-Series diagnostic test instruments, said Doble.
“Enoserv’s primary goal has always been to provide electric power professionals with the industry’s most useable and reliable solutions as they work to maintain the assets of the electric power grid,” said Dennis Loudermilk, Enoserv founder and president. “Our combined resources will empower utilities to ensure grid reliability and enhance the safe delivery of electric power.”
Loudermilk will continue to lead Doble’s Enoserv division as general manager.
