May 16, 2013 – Eaton and CA Technologies are partnering to deliver a data centre monitoring, management and control solution in North America. The turnkey solution will combine Eaton power management hardware and software with CA Technologies’ data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) technology. The aim is to help data centre managers increase operational efficiency, mitigate risk and enhance performance. The combined solution also promises to enable managed-service providers to grow their businesses by providing “high-value DCIM-as-a-service” offerings that include monitoring and maintenance of customers’ critical infrastructure and business systems.
