October 7, 2021: EiKO Global is expanding, with its just-announced acquisition of Premise LED Inc., a Canadian-based lighting manufacturer.

“Having Premise join the EiKO family is very exciting,” said Stephen Lee, general manager, EiKO Canada. “Our two brands will allow us to offer a more complete product portfolio.”

With this acquisition, EiKO says it is able to offer a full portfolio of LED fixtures, lamps and customized fixtures, as well as an agnostic controls portfolio. With combined resources, EiKO promises a broader portfolio, faster in-house lighting project services, and access to inventory through seven warehouses across North America.

“For our customers, it’s really business as usual, but now we will be able to fill in the gaps they’ve asked for over the years with the complete product offering from two brands,” said Gary Pounder, Premise LED.
