December 9, 2022 – Eric Posma has been appointed to the position of manager, Distributor Programs for Electrical, Eaton Canada.

Posma has held a number of different positions within Eaton throughout his career, including product engineer (managing Eaton’s low- and medium-voltage power distribution products) and, most recently, as a field application engineer supporting the Bussmann Division.

He holds a degree in Engineering Physics (Electrical) from Queen’s University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario.

In his new role, Posma will lead the strategy, development and consolidation of marketing tools for the channel, including sales aids, catalogue data, channel growth, loyalty programs, POP development, branch merchandising and displays.
