January 9, 2015 – GlenGuard FR, G&K Services and Workrite Uniform Co. unveiled a new line of vented, enhanced visibility workwear with flame-resistant (FR) protection.

The vented, enhanced-visibility garments keep the wearer cooler, say the partners, with two back horizontal flame-resistant mesh vents and underarm vents for improved air flow. Produced by Workrite, G&K Services’ enhanced-visibility FR garments include FR enhanced-visibility mesh vents located at the underarm and shoulders. The vents are constructed using GlenGuard Hi-Vis—a patented mesh that boasts no melt/drip protection. The enhanced visibility trim at the shoulder, around the arm and across back in the workshirt and around the leg calves in the work pants feature 3M Scotchlite Reflective. These and other GlenGuard FR products are available through G&K Services.
