July 18, 2013 – Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (HPS) was awarded Joy Global’s Premier Supplier Award last month. The company says it is one of only 14 suppliers to receive this award for two years consecutively, and the only supplier to win it for both the surface and underground Joy Global businesses.

Joy is a global player in mining solutions. Guelph, Ont.-based HPS is a designer and manufacturer of standard and custom electrical dry-type transformers and related engineered magnetic devices.
